1. Agreement to terms

By accessing fabledstay.com (“the Site”) or joining the Fabled waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

Fabled is an AI operating system for vacation rental hosts. The Site currently serves as a marketing and waitlist page. When the platform launches, additional terms governing product usage will apply and will be presented to you before you create an account.

3. Waitlist

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Fabled or any particular launch date.
• We may contact you at the email address you provide with product updates, launch information, and occasional marketing content.
• You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@fabledstay.com.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Fabled or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information (e.g., fake email addresses).
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
